How do I place an order?

Placing an order takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now in our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3-5 working days inside Egypt (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

I don’t like ordering things online. What if anything goes wrong?

This is a common concern we receive because unfortunately, a lot of online shops are dishonest. First off, here at Theyab, you can choose to always pay on delivery. If there’s anything wrong with the product, we have a very simple return/exchange policy. You can get your full money back or exchange the product for a similar or a different one, and also you can shop in one of our stores.

How do I exchange or return a product and how much does it cost?

We deliver an open package , you can check and try your items once they are delivered .

The courier will wait for you while you check your package, you can return it with the courier if you wish and pay the shipping fees.

You can still exchange after receival (up to 3 days) , you can send us on our Instagram's page and we will send a courier to exchange the package. (shipping fees will apply).
